Pastoral Care

Welcome to our pastoral care page. At BMGS we are passionate about supporting all learners by removing any barriers to learning.

We acknowledge the uniqueness of each student, recognizing their diverse learning styles, interests, and strengths. Every individual has distinct needs that vary over time. Our pastoral strategy aims to assist students in identifying their talents and providing bespoke support when required.

We adopt a deeply personalised approach to address the academic, physical, emotional, and spiritual requirements of each student. By utilising information gathered from primary schools, internal assessments, national examinations, as well as through regular interactions with students and their parents, we ensure a comprehensive understanding of our students' individual needs.

We have a dedicated Head of Year for each year group to support your child whilst they are in our care.

In addition to our Heads of Years, we have a school counsellor, school nurse and we have links and working partnership with different external agencies to help us provide the best pastoral care for your child.
