Each laptop provided through our scheme comes with a three-year warranty, effective from the date the laptop was delivered to our school. The warranty covers various issues, including any damages that may occur during this period..
Support and Assistance
Freedom tech is responsible for handling all warranty and damage issues related to these devices. If your child encounters any problems with their laptop, please follow the steps below to report the issue and receive assistance.

2. Fill out the support form available on the website. A representative from Freedom Tech will then contact you to arrange for a replacement or repair of the device.
Out- of-Warranty Repairs
Please be aware that any issues arising after the warranty period or those not covered under the warranty terms will require out-of-warranty repairs. In such cases, parents will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of repairs for the laptop.
