Dear Parent(s)/carers,

Assalamu-alaikum

The Board of Trustees of Prosper Multi Academy Trust- PMAT is the Admission Authority for Bolton Muslim Girls’ School and administers the admission arrangements.

The Board of Trustees of Prosper Multi Academy Trust- PMAT are proposing to make changes to its admissions arrangements for the academic year 2025/2026. As such The Admissions Code of Practice requires an Admission Authority to consult with stakeholders including parents of children aged between 2 and 18 years. The proposed BMGS Admission Policy 2025/2026 is available on the website:

The consultation period for BMGS proposed admission arrangements is for a minimum of 6 weeks between Tuesday 21^st November 2023 and closes on Tuesday 16^th January 2024.

Your views on any aspect of the admission arrangements will be sent to the Board of Trustees for consideration. All responses received by the end of the consultation period will be carefully considered and will decide the admission arrangements for the school year 2025/2026. Once the arrangements have been determined, they will be published by 15 March 2024.
