Criteria 1

Looked after girls or a girl who was previously looked after, but immediately after being looked after became subject to an adoption, child arrangements, or special guardianship order or those children who appear to the schools to have been in state care outside of England and ceased to be in state care as a result of being adopted.

Criteria 2 

Sibling- girls or a girl who have named the school as a preference and have a sibling attending the school provided that the sibling is in year 7-10 at the time of application and will continue to attend BMGS the following year.

Criteria 4

Girls or a girl whose parent/carer is a member of staff employed on a permanent contract by the school for two or more years at the time at which the application for admission to the school is made the two-year qualification period may be waived if a post is hard to fill due to a demonstrable skill shortage.

Girls or a girl for whom the Governing Body accepts that they have proven, exceptionally medical or social circumstances, which are directly relevant to attendance at Bolton Muslim Girls’ School.
